Infant Jesus High School, Colva delivered a quietly stunning performance at the 5th All Goa Sir Jawaharlal Da Costa Interschool Football Tournament, sending favourites Perpetual Succour Convent H.S, Navelim crashing out with a 2-0 win in the under-12 boys’ category.

Goals from Sharuk Khan and Farhan Khan — one in each half — ensured Infant Jesus a deserved passage into the next round, despite little pre-match fanfare. The match was held at the Seraulim Panchayat Ground under the banner of United Sports Club of Seraulim.
