Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has become the first Indian artist to grace the cover of Billboard Canada. This historic moment comes with the inaugural print edition of the magazine, featuring exclusive content from Diljit’s highly acclaimed Dil-Luminati tour.
The official announcement was shared by Billboard Canada on Instagram, revealing the exciting news along with cover images featuring the Punjabi superstar. The magazine captioned the post, stating, “Diljit Dosanjh will make global history as the first Indian artist to be featured cover-to-cover in a special edition of Billboard. It marks a monumental moment for the iconic publication.”

The Dil-Luminati tour, which has seen Dosanjh performing across the United States and Europe, has been a huge success. After that, the tour will move on to several other Indian cities, including Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
While Diljit’s fans are thrilled with his global achievements, there’s even more excitement in store on the acting front. Diljit recently announced his role in the much-anticipated Border 2, alongside Bollywood stars Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The sequel will reportedly focus on the famous Battle of Longewala, and shooting is expected to begin in November.
