Verna Sports Club, in association with the Pencak Silat Association Goa, will organise a free self-defence seminar titled “Women Empowered” on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Verna Panchayat Hall.
The session, scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, aims to equip participants with essential self-defence techniques while also focusing on improving fitness and building confidence for real-life situations.
The seminar is open to participants of all age groups. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable workout attire.
Participation is free of cost; however, prior registration is compulsory. The last date to register is April 24, 2026.
