S8UL and GodLike Esports have been selected for a global esports program. The initiative offers funding, exposure, and access to international platforms.

S8UL and GodLike Esports have been selected for the 2026 Esports Foundation Club Partner Program, joining a group of 40 esports organisations in a global initiative aimed at strengthening the competitive gaming ecosystem.

The annual programme, now in its third year, has a total allocation of USD 20 million and offers selected clubs funding support of up to USD 1 million each, along with strategic assistance and international exposure. The initiative is designed to help participating teams expand their reach and build audiences in the lead-up to the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026.

S8UL, which was part of the programme in the previous edition, continues its association after representing India across multiple titles at EWC 2025, including Apex Legends, Chess, and EA FC. The organisation also conducted fan engagement activities, including watch parties across several cities.

GodLike Esports has been included in the programme for the first time. The organisation has established a presence in mobile esports and maintains a large fan base in India. Its inclusion marks another Indian representation in the global initiative.

Animesh Agarwal, Co-founder and CEO of S8UL, said, “Being selected for the Esports Foundation’s Club Partner Program for the second consecutive year is a strong validation of what we’re building at S8UL. Last year gave us the opportunity to showcase our competitive strength and the power of our community on a global stage. This year, we want to build on that momentum by going bigger across performance, content, and fan engagement, while continuing to represent India at the highest level of esports.”

Chetan Sanjay Chandgude, CEO and Founder of GodLike Esports, said, “For us, this is a defining moment, not just as a team but as a community that has grown with Indian esports. GodLike has always been built on the strength of its fans, and this platform allows us to take that energy global. Through the Club Partner Program, we aim to expand our reach across new markets, tell deeper stories around our players and journey, and create meaningful fan experiences that go beyond competition. We are excited to represent India on the world stage.”

The Esports World Cup 2026 is scheduled to take place in Riyadh from July 6 to August 23. The tournament will feature over 2,000 players and 200 clubs from more than 100 countries competing across 24 titles, with a total prize pool of USD 75 million.

Since its launch in 2023, the Club Partner Program has invested over USD 100 million in participating organisations, supporting operations, marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
