Ready-to-drink cocktail brand BuzzBallz has announced its entry into Goa, expanding its footprint in India after launching operations in Karnataka in December 2025.
The company said it would begin distribution in Goa this month, introducing its signature ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages in 180 ml packaging with 15 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV), priced at ₹100.
The expansion comes as companies in the alcoholic beverage sector increasingly focus on convenience-driven products aimed at consumers seeking ready-to-consume options.
BuzzBallz said it recorded strong growth in Karnataka following its earlier India launch and identified Goa as a key market due to its tourism industry, hospitality sector and established nightlife economy.
“After BuzzBallz’ incredible consumer response in Karnataka, expanding into Goa was a natural next step for us,” said Jess Scheerhorn, President at BuzzBallz.
“Goa’s energy and consumer preferences align perfectly with our brand: fun, flavorful, and ready to go. We’re excited to bring BuzzBallz to a market that celebrates spontaneity and social moments,” Scheerhorn said.
The company said its Goa rollout will include three flavours:
- Berry Lemon Squeeze
- Strawberry Squeeze
- Chilli Guava Groove
BuzzBallz products are packaged in a distinctive spherical container format and positioned within the ready-to-drink (RTD) alcoholic beverage segment, a category that has expanded globally in recent years as beverage companies seek to attract consumers looking for convenience-oriented drinking options.
Goa has long served as an important market for alcohol companies due to its tourism-driven economy, hospitality industry and status as a destination known for nightlife and leisure tourism. Beverage manufacturers frequently use the coastal state as a launch platform for new products and market expansion strategies.
The company said it intends to continue expanding into additional Indian markets.
BuzzBallz was founded in 2009 and operates in the ready-to-drink cocktail category. According to the company, its products are sold internationally and include multiple cocktail variants targeted at single-serve consumption.
