
Manipal Hospital Goa observed International Women’s Day with a yoga session aimed at promoting well-being and self-care.
The session was led by Prutha Pai Panandiker, a lactation specialist and prenatal yoga teacher, who guided participants through yoga exercises focused on balance, relaxation and physical health.
Hospital officials said the initiative sought to encourage women to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing. The session highlighted the role of yoga and holistic practices in maintaining overall health.

Participants were encouraged to adopt simple wellness routines in their daily lives and to focus on maintaining balance between physical health and mental well-being.
