
The traditional Fama of the Miraculous Infant Jesus at Colva Church will be celebrated on October 13, 2025, followed by the Feast on October 23, 2025. The annual event organized by the Confraria of SSMO, Sacramento, Menino Jesus, N. Sra. de Merces, Socorro e de Santas Almas, draws devotees from across Goa, who gather in large numbers to express their faith and gratitude to the Infant Jesus.
The High Mass will begin at 5:30 a.m., followed by the solemn ceremony of bringing down the Miraculous Infant Jesus from the Altar by Rev. Fr. Polly Lobo, Parish Priest of Colva Church. The mass will be followed by the blessing of the banners, a procession, and the traditional kissing of the Miraculous Infant Jesus statue.
Church authorities have requested devotees to maintain discipline and cooperation to ensure smooth proceedings. Infant Jesus Cords and Holy Pictures will be available at the Confraria counter, and the Sick Door will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., allowing limited access to the infirm and their companions.

Masses will be celebrated throughout the day at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 noon, 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. The Novena Masses begin on October 14 and will continue until October 22 at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m., and 5:30 p.m. The homilies will be delivered by several priests, including Rev. Fr. Josely Rocha, Rev. Fr. Jose (Joe) A. Rodrigues, Rev. Fr. Mariano Dias, Rev. Fr. Onasis D’Cruz, and Rev. Fr. Mariano D’Costa.
On the Feast Day (October 23), Masses will be held at 5:45 a.m., 7:15 a.m., and the 9 a.m. (High Mass) will have Rev. Fr. Polly Lobo as the main celebrant. The event will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person.
