Goa Players Selected for South Zone Women’s Cricket Trophy

Two Goa cricketers and a trainer have been selected for the South Zone team for the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi Day Trophy. The tournament will be held in Pondicherry from March 20 to April 3, 2026.

Two players from Goa and one support staff member have been selected to represent the South Zone team in the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi Day Trophy scheduled to be held in Pondicherry from March 20 to April 3, 2026.

The Goa Cricket Association (GCA) announced that Purvaja Verlekar and Poorva Bhaidkar have been selected to represent the South Zone team in the tournament.

In addition, Salma Divkar from Goa has been included in the team’s support staff as the trainer.

The Goa Cricket Association congratulated the players and the support staff member on their selection and wished them success in the upcoming tournament.
