A high-performance seminar on Kurash was conducted at the Shree Vishwanath Arlekar (Dada Arlekar) Memorial School Hall in Vasco under the guidance of the Indian Kurash Association, bringing together athletes, coaches and martial arts enthusiasts from across Goa.
The seminar was led by India Kurash coach Ms. Kiran, who conducted technical sessions covering the official rules and regulations of Kurash, techniques ranging from basic to advanced levels, competition strategies and high-performance athlete development.
Organisers said the programme was aimed at supporting the growth of Kurash in Goa while preparing athletes for national and international competitions. Participants received practical training during the sessions and welcomed the technical guidance provided throughout the seminar.
