Fatorda Yuva Shakti, a registered socio-cultural organisation, announced the 12th All-Goa Shree Krishna Vijayotsav Competition, to be held on October 19, 2025, at the SGPDA Ground, opposite Inox Theatre, Fatorda, starting from 7 p.m. onwards.
The event, promoted by Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai, aims to provide a creative platform for the youth while preserving Goa’s cultural traditions. Speaking at the press conference, the organisers emphasised their commitment to fostering unity among young Goans, cutting across religion, caste, and creed.
This year’s competition offers attractive prizes — ₹1,25,000, ₹90,000, and ₹20,000 for the top three winners, along with three consolation prizes of ₹20,000 each. Additional awards include three prizes for Best Presentation of Lord Krishna, a Best Musical Accompaniment award, and five prizes for Traditional Narkasur without trolley entries. The first ten entries will also receive special recognition.
Entries will be accepted on the spot only, with registration closing strictly at 11:30 p.m. on the day of the event. Attendees can look forward to a lively evening featuring entertainment programmes and spot prizes, reflecting Fatorda Yuva Shakti’s ongoing efforts to celebrate creativity and cultural heritage in Goa.
